patchmk.exe: This is an extremely useful DOS prog that extracts the differences from a modified rom and the original into IPS patch format. An absolute must-have for romhacking of any sort. Somehow, it's also been one of the hardest files for me to find; Go figure...

FF3 Edit: One of the utilities I am using to make this hack. An all-around excellent program, complete with a map editor, and easy to use dialogue editor! Made by Yousei and enhanced by Eizneckam, but their website doesn't seem to be up anymore, though...
