Davoudi, "The JAMA study is based on old data, and was conducted before
many retailers adopted the OLTRA standards, which help prevent the sale of

that while no system is foolproof, OLTRA members have voluntarily added a
three year age restriction to its potential customer base and that he
believes that is a much more effective method, when coupled with the adult
signature at the point of delivery than the preventative measures which
exist in the traditional brick and mortar marlboro

restricted products.
